Justin Bieber is going ALL OUT for his 18th birthday -- parachuting in the afternoon, a fancy dinner followed by a fun party ... and he's gonna buy TWO ultra-expensive mega-mansions ... TMZ has learned.
Justin has been on a real estate hunt in L.A. for a while ... but now, sources connected to the singer tell us he's narrowed his search down to 3 pads.
2 of the mansions are in Calabasas, CA ... home of the Kardashians, a few Jackson family members and Britney Spears.
We're told one of the estates Justin is eying has a $6 million price tag ... the other's on the market for a cool $8 mil.
The third home Biebs is interested in is in the Hollywood area -- a PIMPED OUT bachelor pad currently being rented by Ashton Kutcher. We're told that place is listed for $10 million.
Sources connected to Justin tell us ... he wants to buy one place for himself and one for his mother. The two CHEAPEST would cost $14 mil.
It's good to be rich ... and young.
3:30 PM PST -- Bieber called in to "TMZ Live" today and talked about his real estate search ... telling us he's still looking for the right place .... but said Ashton's pad is "really dope."

Justin Bieber insists ... 13-year-olds nowadays can handle a few F-words -- which is why it doesn't make sense to give the new "Bully" movie an R-rating ... especially when young teens can benefit from the message behind the film.
Bieber called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago -- claiming the anti-bullying message of the new documentary far outweighs any harm that comes from the F-bombs contained in the movie. As a result, the rating should be lowered to PG-13.
According to Bieber, if "Hunger Games" can be rated PG-13 -- a movie that depicts the violent deaths of young teenagers -- so can "Bully."

Several "Jersey Shore" cast members are putting the screws to MTV -- refusing to renew their contracts until they get more money -- and we're told, it's all because this upcoming season could be their last.
Sources close to the cast tell TMZ, the "Jersey" stars in question realize the joyride might be coming to an end -- and they want to milk MTV ... while they still can.
Another disputed point -- the number of personal appearances, which can pay up to $40,000 a pop. MTV is adamant about limiting that kind of exposure, but the guidos and/or guidettes in question wanna get that cheese.
So far, we're told only Ronnie has signed -- and while the rest plan to follow suit (duh) ... they better do it fast. Season 4 is scheduled to start shooting in Italy within the next few weeks.
Calls to MTV weren't returned.

The LAPD wants a face-to-face meeting with Travis Barker -- hoping to find out why the rocker has accused an officer of crossing the line during a routine traffic stop this weekend ... TMZ has learned.
Barker was pulled over Sunday after an officer noticed the drummer's car had no license plate and illegally tinted windows. Cops confirm Barker was issued a "fix-it" ticket and sent on his way.
But after the incident, Barker BLASTED the cop on Twitter -- saying, "Officer FARD of LAPD, get a life man. Find some bank robbers or do something productive 2 do with your time. I know high school was hard 4 u."
Barker continued, "Pullin me over interrogating me & acting like u did over tinted windows till u scared the piss out my kids was uncalled 4.Job well done man."
He also claims the officer "had the nerve" to ask if he had guns in the car.
Now, TMZ has learned ... Sgt. Riggs of the Topanga Station tells TMZ, "I'd like to invite Travis to speak with me about the incident ... and possibly discuss the situation with the officers involved."
A rep for Barker tells TMZ, "We are handling this privately with the LAPD."

Weird thing is ... Chyna and the REAL Triple H actually dated for a while before he married Stephanie McMahon back in 2003.
The WWE obviously has no affiliation with the Vivid Entertainment flick. We called the wrestling titans for comment, but haven't heard back yet.

Former "American Idol" finalist Asia'h Epperson is currently recovering from a bad car accident in which she suffered multiple broken bones ... including her jaw and 9 ribs ... TMZ has learned.
Multiple people close to Asia'h tell us ... the Season 7 semi-finalist has been hospitalized in L.A. ever since the wreck on Wednesday.
We're told Asia'h broke her jaw, pelvis, 9 ribs, and multiple vertebrae. We're told she also suffered injuries to her spleen, lung and kidney.
A rep for Asia'h tells us the singer's family is by her side ... and says doctors believe she'll make a full recovery.
Asia'h got to the final 16 during her run in 2008 ... the same year David Cook won the competition.
